We may collect and store: Roblox account identifiers and usernames; Discord account identifiers and usernames; verification timestamps and authentication records; the email address supplied to our payment processor (Stripe) at checkout; order and purchase history, including which products were purchased, when, and for what amount; the specific Roblox user or group ID a license is bound to; product ownership, license, and interaction data; an IP-derived, one-way hashed identifier used only to prevent checkout abuse (we do not store your raw IP address); and administrator audit logs.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to verify account ownership, link Roblox and Discord accounts at your request, process and confirm purchases, deliver purchased products and grant the associated license, provide customer support, manage licenses, and detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent or unauthorized activity (including checkout abuse and chargebacks).

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, process, or store your full card number or other sensitive payment details -- Stripe handles this directly. We receive the transaction result, the amount charged, and the email address you provide to Stripe at checkout.

Data Sharing

STAGE PROJECT does not sell or rent your personal information. Information may only be shared with trusted third-party service providers required to operate our website, databases, authentication systems, payment processing (Stripe), transactional email delivery (Resend), Discord integrations, and Roblox OAuth services.

Data Retention

Verification records, purchase and licensing information, and audit logs may be retained for operational, security, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes (including tax and accounting obligations related to payments). Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services or comply with applicable legal obligations.
